ePress Publishing's proprietary eBuilder, integrated list manager and database applications can be used to quickly and easily create and send personalized and targeted e-mail messages to your e-mail database. The program is easy to use, and because it is modular, is easy to customize to suit your needs. The application allows you to send a personalized e-mail to each recipient on your mailing list, avoiding the traditional list of e-mail names typically found in the address line of bulk emails. E-mails are HTML formatted templates (such as e-newsletters, special announcements, etc.) that are dynamic and visually appealing, as opposed to plain text e-mails. Recipients can be filtered from your pre-selected database tagging system into a group, which can be selected and e-mailed to depending on the desired criteria. Although the e-mail is sent "en masse", each e-mail would be tailored to that specific person. Each contact would receive an e-mail that is tailored just to them, ex: "Dear Jack" etc. This module is very effective in communicating to varying audiences, while still achieving a high-degree of personalization and customization. In addition, each mailing's effectiveness can be measured through our tracking system that tells you who opened the e-mail, who visited your Web site, which e-mail addresses were bad, etc. And the automatic unsubscribe feature allows e-mail recipients to remove their name from a mailing list with the click of a button.
